Cancellations
and refunds
If
you have to cancel your place on a tour please telephone us. All cancellations
should be confirmed in writing, signed by the person who signed the booking
form, and acknowledged by us. If you cancel, your deposit is not refundable.
After the balance has been paid, refunds will be made as follows:
55-28 days - 50% 27-15 days - 25% 14-3 days - 15%
No refunds will normally be made for cancellation received thereafter. Amounts
not refunded may be recoverable under the terms of your insurance.
Insurance
It
is a condition of booking that all tour participants have insurance.
Passport,
Visa & Health
All
clients are personally responsible for ensuring that they have a valid
passport, relevant visa/s and confirm to the health regulations required
by the country/s that will be visited by the tour.
Alterations
to the tour
We
will do everything possible to ensure that the tour itinerary remains
as advertised but we retain the right to modify or cancel any tour, flight
schedule, accommodation or arrangement, if unforeseen circumstances arise.
In the event of circumstances outside Reality and Beyond’s control
that the tour has to be cancelled all amounts paid will be refunded.
Fitness
Please note that during all tours a considerable amount of walking
is unavoidable. |
